Refunds and Returns

You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days before the conference and we will refund your fee.

If you need to cancel less than 10 business days prior to the conference, you may:

send a substitute from your organization or
transfer your fee to another class or conference of your choice withing 12 months of your original event.

If you don't cancel and don't attend you are still responsible for payment. Your cancelled check, or credit card refund reciept, is your receipt.

Anyone having a physical disability, needing special accommodations or having special dietary needs should contact 815-720-5097 at least 2 weeks prior to the conference.

Delivery Methods

Any conference materials will be delivered at the event.
