Education:	Minimum bachelor’s degree in the social services field preferred
Summary:	Provides intakes, assessment and linkage; provides job readiness; provides job match; provides job development; provides job coaching; provides job retention counseling; provides case managements services; provides community education. Ability to encouraged and facilitates transitions to employment, active participation with employer, and services coordinating efforts. Previous work experience in the mental health field is highly desired. Employment experiences a plus. A valid driver’s license, good driving record and automobile insurance is also a requirement.
