Job Title :	Access Center Clinician

Hours:	M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Education:	Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field. One of the following Illinois license is preferred; LCPC, LCSW, PH.D, or PSYD. The position requires that the license is maintained and in good standing with the state of Illinois. Previous social services experience in a mental health field, along with good crisis intervention skills. A valid driver’s license, good driving record and automobile insurance is required.
Summary:	Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments, and determine medically necessary the service needs for consumers at the Mildred Berry Center. The clinicians will link/refer individuals to appropriate community-based health care when not meeting criteria for suspected mental illness.
